Starting out: compare the appointment limit and commitment
Jane’s Balance plan is limited to 20 appointments per month; its Practice and Thrive plans offer unlimited appointments. ProvenTherapy has no plan-based client or monthly appointment cap, including on Standard Vault. Compare the appropriate plan as your caseload grows. With ProvenTherapy, choose between the annual plans by feature: Standard Vault provides the core workspace; Scribe Premium and Elite add on-device dictation and optional AI polishing. Compare the total commitment with the tools you will actually use.

Moving from Jane: confirm the export first
Before switching, ask your current provider about exporting the records you must retain. Send ProvenTherapy support a description of the available formats, without client information, to establish what Guided Import can map. Use that format review to identify supported fields and plan separate handling for attachments, chart structures or historical assessments where needed; a complete transfer depends on the source export. Retain the original export and check transferred records.
